Great bag, prompt company response for any issues

I really love this bag. I can’t put anything on my shoulder anymore because of nerve pain so this was a good solution. However, after only a couple uses, it tore on the inside seam. It looked to me like a mistake on the manufacturing line, so I emailed Inkkas and let them know. They were wonderful! Very prompt response, and they sent me a replacement. Thank you so much, Inkkas! Highly recommend all their products. (I also have joggers and hiking boots.) ❤️

Use it at work (Acute Care Rn)

Perfect to keep my miscellaneous items for work without digging through my 10K scrub pockets. Only thing I’m curious about is how long the zipper will last as it does appear to be a cheaper material. So far though love it—coordinates well with my scrubs and lots of compliments
