Returns & Exchange Policy (USA)

We want you to love your Inkkas. If something’s not quite right, our updated policy makes it easy to return or exchange your order.

Start a Return or Exchange

  • Visit our Returns Portal to initiate your return or exchange quickly and easily.

Free Returns (First 7 Days)

  • If you start a return within 7 days of delivery, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping — completely free!
  • Why 7 Days? As a small, independent brand, we provide a 7-day free return window to give you enough time to try your shoes on at home and make sure they’re the perfect fit — while keeping our processes sustainable and efficient.

Returns (30 Days)

  • You can still return items up to 30 days after delivery.
  • For returns started after the first 7 days, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Free Exchanges (30 Days)

  • You can exchange your item free of charge within 30 days of delivery — no shipping costs to you.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability and are limited to one free exchange per pair.
  • Additional exchange shipping costs after the first exchange will be the customer’s responsibility.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be in new, unworn condition, with original packaging and labels intact.
  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Pass final inspection at our warehouse.
  • Items showing signs of wear, dirt, or damage may be rejected and shipped back to you.

Tip: Try your shoes on indoors until you’re sure they’re keepers.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once your return is inspected and approved.
  • Please allow 7–14 business days from when your return is received to see the refund on your original payment method.
  • If the original payment method is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit instead.

Final Sale Items

  • Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • If you experience an issue with a Final Sale item, please contact our support team at help@inkkas.com for assistance.
Return Policy (CANADA)
  • Initiate your return request for an international order on our Return Portal here.
  • All returns/exchanges will be sent to our CA Returns Center located in Ottawa, ON. 
  • If you experience any issues, please email ops@inkkas.com.
Return Policy (INTERNATIONAL)
  • For return/exchange requests on orders outside of the US and Canada, please email ops@inkkas.com.

Need more help? Our support team is available between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday to Saturday. We are committed to responding to inquiries within 24-48 hours during business hours. You can contact us here, via our chatbox, or via email at help@inkkas.com.  Please note that we do not respond to inquiries during weekends and/or holidays.

DONATING WORN PAIRS

Inkkas is always looking for ways to reduce waste, so we encourage all of our customers that are finished using a pair to donate them. There are quality programs across the country and donation centers that will take used shoes. Our partner organization that does a great job taking used shoes and repurposing them is Soles4Souls (https://soles4souls.org). Please continue to support our mission of sustainable habits by donating your used shoes instead of throwing them in the trash.
