Return policy (USA)
  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your Inkkas item(s) for a refund or exchange here.
  • Return shipping is FREE for 7 days after your order has been delivered to you.
  • For returns shipped 8 - 30 days from the date of delivery, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. If you elect store credit, any return shipping cost will be waived.
  • To be eligible for return, items must be in new, unworn condition in the original packaging.
  • Exchanges can only be made for items currently in stock. 
  • You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

  • Request your return/exchange here by entering your order number (provided in the email confirmation of your order) and the email address used to make your original purchase.
  • Follow the prompts for a refund or exchange. 
  • Once we receive your eligible item(s) at our warehouse, we will issue your refund, which you should see reflected back to your original payment method within 14 business days. If you selected exchange, your exchanged pair will be shipped to you.
How long do I have to return my order?

Our warehouse needs to receive and process your return within 30 days from your order delivery date to issue a refund back to your original form of payment. Note that return shipping is FREE if you send your return within 7 days of delivery! For returns between 8-30 days, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Timeline
  • Eligible refunds are processed once the returned item(s) is/are received by our warehouse. Please allow 14 business days from the day your return is received at our warehouse for your refund to be processed. 
  • Your refund will be processed to the same method of payment used to make your original purchase. 
  • If the method of payment used at the time of purchase has changed, please note that you will be refunded in the form of store credit only.
Year-END: Extended Returns Policy
  • Orders placed between Dec 3rd - 23rd will have free returns through Jan 6th.
  • Orders placed after Dec 23rd will have the normal return policy (7 days for free returns, more details above).
  • For items purchased from our clearance section, you will be required to pay for return shipping even if returned within 7 days of delivery. 
  • However, if you choose to exchange a clearance item, we will cover the cost of shipping the new exchanged pair to you.

What can I do with old Inkkas I no longer wear? 

Inkkas is always looking for ways to reduce waste, so we encourage all of our customers that are finished using a pair to donate them. There are quality programs across the country and donation centers that will take used shoes. Our partner organization that does a great job taking used shoes and repurposing them is Soles4Souls ( Please continue to support our mission of sustainable habits by donating your used shoes instead of throwing them in the trash. 

My item arrived damaged or defective. How can I return it?

Oh no! We apologize for this inconvenience. If your order was purchased within 30 days, please contact us at with your order number and details about the damage or defect.

  • All returns/exchanges will be sent to our CA Returns Center located in Ottawa, ON. 
  • Our return policy is the same as US orders (Free returns within 7 days of receipt).
  • The return shipping costs for orders returned after the 7-day free shipping window will vary depending on the country region.
