Does Inkkas offer Free Shipping?

Yes, Inkkas is happy to offer Free Shipping within the continental U.S. on all orders of $175 or more! 

Free shipping to Canada for orders of $200 or more. 

Where does Inkkas ship?

  • Inkkas.com is able to ship worldwide via UPS for domestic orders, DHL Express Worldwide for non-Canada international orders, and via USPS Priority International for Canada orders. 
  • DHL Express Worldwide rates do vary widely depending upon what country the items are being shipped to. The best way to find a shipping quote for an international order is to use the shipping calculator in the online checkout. 
  • International (DHL) orders are not eligible for free shipping discounts. 
  • Please allow an extra business day for customs paperwork processing when ordering to ship international. 
  • Please also note Inkkas is not liable for any customs duties and taxes on outbound shipment to international customers. Customs duties taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Domestic orders usually take between 4 - 10 business days to arrive to your address from the moment you purchase it on our website unless the item is on pre-order. Items that are available for pre-order will be indicated as pre-order BEFORE you make a purchase and will indicate an estimated shipping date.

International orders typically take between 14 - 20 business days to arrive due to the fact that our shipping center is located in the US.

Do I have to add shipping to the price?

We automatically add shipping to your total cost during the checkout process, once you select the shipping method you would prefer. So don't worry everything is automatically done for you! All you have to do is press the purchase button and we will take care of the rest!

Will I receive a tracking number once I order a pair of Inkkas?

Yes, of course! You will be sent an automatic email with a tracking number once your order ships. The tracking number will enable you to track the shipment from our fulfillment center to its destination.

The pair of shoes I ordered is on pre-order. How do I know when they will ship?

If your item is on pre-order, the product page will show the estimated shipping date at the time of your order. Then, once your order has shipped, you will be notified via e-mail with a tracking number. If you have any questions about the status of your pre-order, please contact customer service at support@Inkkas.com.
