Do you offer Free Shipping?
  • Yes, Inkkas is happy to offer FREE shipping within the Continental U.S. on all orders of $175 or more! 
  • Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout wherever eligible.
  • Free shipping is also available to Canada for orders of $200 or more. 
  • Free shipping does not currently apply to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. 
  • Free shipping does not currently apply to international orders other than Canada.
How fast is your shipping?

Most orders are shipped and will arrive to you between 2-10 business days from your order date, pending availability and payment verification. All orders are processed for shipping the business day after placement. 

Continental U.S. shipping options:

  • Expedited UPS 2-Day Air usually takes 2-4 business days to arrive to the destination
  • Standard USPS Ground: 3-7 business days
  • No-Rush USPS Ground: 6-10 business days

Pre-Orders: Items that are available for pre-order will be indicated as pre-order before you make a purchase and will indicate an estimated shipping date on the product page.

International: International orders typically take between 14 - 20 business days to arrive, as our shipping center is located in the Continental U.S.

Is expedited shipping available?

Yes, we offer expedited UPS 2-Day Air options in addition to USPS ground options (no-rush and standard).

  • Wherever eligible, these options will appear at checkout.
  • Note that all orders are processed the business day after placement. 
Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide!

  • via USPS and UPS for domestic orders
  • via DHL Express Worldwide for non-Canada international orders
  • via USPS Priority International for Canada orders
Do I have to add shipping to the price?
  • We automatically add shipping to your total cost during the checkout process, once you select the shipping method you prefer.
What are shipping rates for International Orders?
  • DHL Express Worldwide rates vary widely depending upon the country where the items are being shipped. The best way to find a shipping quote for an international order is to use the shipping calculator during checkout.
  • Note that international orders shipping via DHL are not eligible for free shipping discounts. 
  • Please allow an extra business day for customs paperwork processing when ordering internationally. 
  • Note Inkkas is not liable for any customs duties and taxes on outbound shipment to international customers. Customs duties taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Will I receive a tracking number once I order?

Yes, you will be sent an automatic email with a tracking number once your order ships. The tracking number will enable you to track the shipment from our fulfillment center to its destination.

My shoes are on pre-order. When will they ship?
  • If your item is on pre-order, the product page will show the estimated shipping date at the time of your order.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will be notified via e-mail with a tracking number. 
  • If you have any questions about the status of your pre-order, please contact customer service at support@inkkas.com.
  • Note that we do our best to project accurate shipping dates for pre-orders on the product page; however, these dates could change.
I'm returning my order. Does Inkkas cover the cost of return shipping?
  • A purchase of Inkkas' optional Returns & Exchanges + Shipping Protection at checkout qualifies you for FREE return shipping.
  • For orders that did not select this option, the return shipping cost will be deducted from any refund. For additional details, view our full return policy here.
I have contacted Inkkas customer service, when will I hear back?

Our support team is available between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday to Saturday. We are committed to responding to inquiries within 24-48 hours during business hours. You can contact us here or at support@inkkas.com.  Please note that we do not respond to inquiries during weekends and/or holidays. 

For urgent matters or if you haven't received a response from our customer service team in 48-72 hours (sometimes replies go to spam), please email us at ops@inkkas.com.

My package was damaged, stolen or lost in the mail. What should I do?

What can I do with old Inkkas I no longer wear? 
  • Inkkas is always looking for ways to reduce waste, so we encourage all of our customers that are finished using a pair to donate them. Our partner organization that does a great job taking used shoes and repurposing them is Soles4Souls.
  • Please continue to support our mission of sustainable habits by donating your used shoes instead of throwing them in the trash.
