Our collections are made in small batches, and restocks vary by design. If a restock notification option appears on the product page, sign up to hear when your size returns.

For eligible U.S. orders, return shipping is free when you start your return within 7 days of delivery. Returns are accepted within 30 days; after the first 7 days, return shipping is deducted from your refund.

We also offer one free U.S. exchange per pair within 30 days, subject to availability. Items must be new and unworn, with original packaging and labels. Final Sale items are excluded.

Check the care instructions on your product page before cleaning. Spot-clean gently using a method suitable for the materials, and avoid the washing machine. Our Shoe Care collection includes products to help clean and protect your pair.

Please check the individual product page for water-resistance information. Materials and construction vary, so don’t assume every pair is suitable for wet weather. A compatible protectant can help repel moisture, but won’t make every shoe fully waterproof.
