We Gladly Accept Returns & Exchanges!
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your Inkkas item(s) for an exchange or refund for the cost of the item + return shipping costs free of charge within 7 days after delivery. For any return made between 8-30 days from the date of delivery, you will be required to pay for return shipping costs (appx $9.75 per item). Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Exchanges can only be made for items currently in stock. If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, please send your item(s) back to the address on your packing slip along with the return form that is included in your order.
For ALL SALES & CLEARANCE items you will be required to pay for return shipping costs of your Inkkas for return/exchange unless your item arrives damaged or defective. If you choose to exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping the new exchanged pair to you.
There will be no returns for free shoe giveaways.
Your refund will be processed once the returned item(s) is/are received by our warehouse. Please allow 14 business days from the day your return is shipped for your refund to be processed. It may take up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed after your return is received at our warehouse. The refund will be processed to the method of payment used to make your original purchase. Please note that it may take 1 or 2 full billing cycles from the time the refund is processed to the time the refunded amount appears on your credit card statement. Domestic returns may be sent back with the prepaid label included with your order.
If the method of payment used at the time of purchase has changed, please note that you will be refunded in the form of store credit only.
If you would like to exchange your Inkkas for another pair or size: Please complete a return request (CLICK here) and then contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number (the order number is in the format of "#10XXXXX") and style (eg. Bluebird Low Top) and size (eg. Women's 9) of the shoes you would like to exchange your Inkkas for. A member of Inkkas customer support staff will let you know whether the exchange style or size you desire is in stock.
