Returns and Exchanges
RETURNING INKKAS IS AS EASY AS 1-2-3
Create a return request by entering your Inkkas.com order number (provided in the email confirmation of your order) and the email address you used to make your original purchase.
- Choose if you would like a refund or exchange.
- Once we receive your item(s) at our warehouse, we will issue your refund.
- Note that return shipping is FREE for 7 days after your order has been delivered.
Please complete a return request.
- Select "Replacement"
- Fill in exchange details and specify the product and size you would like to exchange it for.
- Once we receive your returned item(s) at our warehouse, we will ship your exchanged product.
YEAR-END RETURN POLICY
- Orders placed between Dec 3rd - 23rd will have free returns through Jan 6th.
- Orders placed after Dec 23rd will have the normal return policy (7 days for free returns, more details above).
SALES & CLEARANCE POLICY
For items purchased from our clearance section, you will be required to pay for return shipping costs of your Inkkas for return unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
- If you choose to exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping the new exchanged pair to you.
- Your refund will be processed once the returned item(s) is/are received by our warehouse.
- Please allow 14 business days from the day your return is shipped for your refund to be processed.
- It may take up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed after your return is received at our warehouse.
- The refund will be processed to the method of payment used to make your original purchase.
If the method of payment used at the time of purchase has changed, please note that you will be refunded in the form of store credit only.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your Inkkas item(s) for an exchange or refund for the cost of the item + return shipping costsfree of charge within 7 days after delivery.
- For any return made between 8 - 30 days from the date of delivery, you will be required to pay for return shipping costs (appx $9.75 per item).
- Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.
Exchanges can only be made for items currently in stock.
If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, please send your item(s) back to the address on your packing slip along with the return form that is included in your order.
- All returns/exchanges will be sent to our CA Returns Center located in Ottawa, ON.
- Our return policy is the same as US orders (Free returns within 7 days of receipt).
The return shipping costs for orders returned after the 7-day free shipping window will vary depending on the country region.
For return/exchange requests on orders outside of the US and Canada, please contact us directly at email@example.com.
