Shipping

Free shipping within the Continental U.S. is automatically offered at checkout for eligible orders satisfying the free shipping threshold.

A free U.S. shipping discount (no minimum required) is also awarded to all InkPass Rewards Members! It's free to join here.

We offer free returns and exchanges on orders in the United States within 7 days of delivery.

Returns and exchanges must be processed within 30 days of delivery.

Processing & Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Pre-Orders

If you purchase a pre-order item, the estimated ship date will be listed on the product page. Your order will ship once the item becomes available.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they may ship separately.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

Canada: USPS Priority (typically 7–14 business days)
All other international destinations: DHL Express (typically 10–20 business days)

International customers are responsible for any duties, customs fees, or import taxes required by their country.

We do not offer free return shipping for customers outside of the United States. International customers are responsible for shipping their return or exchange back to us at their own cost. To coordinate an international return, please email us: support@inkkas.com.
